Matthew has worked in the Commercial finance industry for over 16-years originally starting with ANZ Bank and holding further positions with CIT Group, National Australia Bank and in a private broking house. Matthew is passionate about the equipment finance industry and contributes his diverse knowledge so that the business can provide clients with the best experience possible. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) degree double majoring in finance & economics.
Caryn de Silva - Director
Caryn has over 20 years experience in the finance industry beginning her career with Esanda and further positions with CBA, CIT Group and various broking houses. Caryn brings extensive skills in the area of sales origination, business development and particularly in the field of partner networking. Caryn offers the business a strong level of business expertise gained within the finance industry drawing on her diverse understanding of credit, business development and client retention.
Anita Ong - Head of Commercial and Marketing ANZ
Anita has over 13 years’ experience in B2B asset finance, delivering tailored funding solutions that help businesses scale, improve cashflow, and drive growth. With a 26-year background in sales and marketing leadership, she has worked with business owners and multinational clients across diverse industries. Anita holds a Double Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (Management & Marketing), a Bachelor of Arts (Design Studies), and IBM certifications in Generative AI.
Simon Babb - Finance Account Executive
Simon has previously worked in a private broking environment and has an exceptional level of skill around credit, documentation and settlements. Simon also has a strong IT and systems background contributing a high level of skill to the overall business.
Nathan Bruce - Relationship Manager
Nathan brings a decade of experience in sales leadership and business development to Geared, with extensive experience in the entertainment, hospitality, and gaming industries. He excels at building and maintaining strong vendor partnerships, helping our partners grow and succeed. Nathan is known for his passion for service, ability to lead by example, and skill in creating trusted, long-term relationships across a broad network.
Amy Martin
Amy has previously held positions with the CBA and provides the business with support in the areas of credit preparation, documentation, settlements and customer service. Amy has a strong client focus and provides a consistently high level of satisfaction to the businesses clients.
